This is a combination of butalbital, acetaminophen & caffeine and is prescribed for tension headaches. We would like to know the amount of each of the drugs contained in the medication. The drug company producing this medication is Merck-Medco. I take esgic plus which has the same ingredients as fioricet, but my pharmacy tells me they are going to stop making them or come up with a new formula, do you have any info on that? I have very bad vascular headaches and if its not soon then I'm in for some painful headaches, nothing else works except prescription stadol nasal spray, but it makes me very sick...:( ## Hello, Sam! I recently took a urine drug test for a new job. The technician tested the urine with some kind of strip and told me that it was present of opiate, they are sending the urine to a lab for more details but in the main time a fail the test. I am taking also metformin for diabetes type 2. Gabapentin for the pain under my feet's and fiorecet for migraines. What's going to happen to my drug test and what my future employer will think. How long does it take for esgic to leave my system?

My doctor ordered a urine to be sent out. On the paper, it reads Other: urine for drug screen esgic, xanax and hydrocodone. Is that all that the lab will test for?
