I found a bottle of white oval pills with 149 on the front and 93 on the back. Nothing else on it, not lines or spaces or logos. ## This tablet contains 500mgs of Naproxen, the active ingredient in Naprosyn, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling. I have a small light tan oblong pill. On one side it has 149 and the other side has 93, what is it? Is this a generic vicodin? ## This is not Vicodin. It is most likely Naproxen 500 mg (NDC 0615-3563, among others), although the color is reportedly more of a light reddish. I found an unmarked bottle of tablets in my closet, please identify. Description: oval tablet, dark pink color, 5114 inprinted on one side also the same v symbol imprinted on same side.
