If there are no markings on it, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. That means it is most likely some type of over the counter product, but there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have any idea of what this may be?

I found a pill that is an off white/light tan color thats oval and is blank on one side then has vicodin writin on the other. Ive never seen a vicodin look like this so im wondering if its fake or if its from another country. ## There is a name brand Vicodin that's a white oblong tablet with the word VICODIN on one side, it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Its a medium sized oblong pill with an orangish tanish coating, non-scored and on one side has ae on it. I think this was a rantanadine I got from sam's club many moons ago. But just want to be sure. ## I can't find a listing for this, but that makes sense if it's an over the counter product, because those aren't required to be listed with the FDA. Does anyone recognize this tablet?

Any idea what it is? ## The closest match I'm finding to this description is that of a large white oblong pill, with "R" and "1" spaced apart on the front of the pill. The back side of the pill reads "JANSSEN". This pill is identified as an antipsychotic medication, Risperdal 1 mg.
