I believe someone has tampered with my medication (s489 70mg Vyvanse). I noticed some of them look crunched, like they may have been refilled with something else. All I need to know is what the inside of one looks like so I can rest easy on the thought of it. ## What are you referring to as looking crunched? Most capsules do show some irregularities, when they are put together, since they are actually 2 separate pieces and one is pushed into the other. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, anorexia, and nervousness. Should my friend go to the emergency room? Between yesterday and the day before my friend ingested 280mg and about 140mg of vyvanse. she hasn't been to sleep for two days now, she isn't prescribed them so she doesn't take them on the daily. She still couldn't sleep last night so ita two full days shes been awake and can't really eat. So far today (its ten in the morning) she hasn't taken anymore the last time she took one (it was a full 70mg by mouth) was about six p.m. yesterday. The question is, since yesterday has passed does she need to go to the emergency room, like have to because she works tonight and if she does will they baker act her? Hello everyone, I have ADHD, I'm not on adderall 30mg.one and a half daily. Ya crazy dosage my doctor has me on..its all started a few months ago when in my area the adderall 20mg has been on backorder, all I know is all the pharmacy's within 20 miles around me says they have only been able to get the 10mg or 30mg. Since my scripts he wrote were for 20mg x2 day..I went to his office with the 20mg script and exchange it for 30mg. Yesterday I took 3 zanaflex at about 4:30pm then at about 5am I took a vyvanse. It 3:35 where I'm at. I'm experiencing severe stomach pain. It hurts when I move even when I talk I can't eat anything I can barely drink water. Am I going to be ok. i know one of the side effects of vyvanse is insomnia. i can't sleep at all on this stuff, usually i get four or five hours of sleep per two nights. on a good day i'll get six or seven but again, that's over the span of two nights. i take vyvanse every morning except for the weekends, and it gives me enough energy that i can function mentally as though i've gotten all the sleep i need, but my body is achy and sore, and it's starting to make me feel a bit ill. Not to mention i have trouble getting out of bed at all on the weekends when i don't take it. all i'm basically asking is this- people with 60-70mgs, if you have the same problem, how do you get to sleep? is there any way to combat the insomnia without nullifying the medicine? Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can share their experience switching from Vyvanse 70mg once daily to Mydayis (50mg) and if it is a better medication as opposed to Vyvanse? so ive been on Vyvnse for 2 months now, started at 30mg then to 50mg, then 60mg basically after 3 weksof each, 60 mg was working perfect, but I still had no patience to read longer then a few sentences. but I lied everything else it fixed. Last summer i was taking vyvanse 70 mg for my add. It worked wonders for me, but I stopped taking it because i had transportation issues and couldnt get to the dr. On may 31st I started taking the vyvanse 70mg again and for the first week I was fine and things were great. The second week I started to be too concentrated on my work spending from 2pm - 1 am on the computer doing research for a class, and 2 of the nights i had hallucinations. My son takes 50mg of Vyvanse, I noticed some missing he said if he forgets one he doubles up the next day. He's 150 pounds and 16 years old. My 15 year old son has been on some form of stimulants since he was in the 1st grade. He is currently on 70 mg vyvanse. We are trying to get him off of it, but he is having really bad withdrawals so much that it interfering with his school work. Should we try giving him 30mg or is that too low a dose after 50. I have a few more days until my doc is back from vacation I ran out because I missed my last appointment and you know how that goes. I have put a full day of studying in while on 70 mg of vyvanse. Roughly 8 hours of intense study. I am now mentally fatigued and want to go to sleep. My question is would taking another Vyvanse be effective when my brain is so tired ? or would it just be some what of a waste to take while brain dead. ? ## Have you consulted your doctor? You shouldn't take an extra dose, without your doctor's approval and, in addition, 70mgs is the maximum daily dose that's been tested as safe. Thus, taking more may result in overdose.

That's closest match I'm seeing online, and it reportedly contains 20mgs of time-released mixed Amphetamine salts, manufactured by Actavis. I don't know who told you it was 70mgs of Vyvanse, but if you got them from overseas or off other shady dealers there's no telling what might be in it, and that's just a risk that you should've thought about before buying it. I just started taking Vyvanse 2 months ago, and I feel really good taking it. Of course I started out on the 30mg of Vyvanse, then my doctor put me on 70mg because the pharmacy didn't carry 60mg Vyvanse at the time I wanted to get on them.
