I am somewhat confused. Can someone tell me the difference between MALLINCRKO 5/325 and ROXICET 5/325. I was getting ROXICET, and today I got MALLINCKRO. They both have the same markings(round with 512 on one side and nothing on the other side). Dr just changed my pain med from oxycodone 5/325 to Hydrocodone 7.5/500. He says this will cover pain longer. Is this right? ## Well, from my information, this isn't necessarily true. It is an equivalent dosage, but they are usually take at exactly the same intervals to help control pain. Side effects are also the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. im taken oxycodone7.5/325 but it isnt working so my doctor is given me oxycondone5mg wich is stronger ## I think it's obvious to say that Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Oxycodone (7.5 mg) with the higher dose is stronger than the one with only 5 mg of Oxycodone and the same dosage of Acetaminophen. What i'm confused on, is why the doctor would give you a lower dose when you told him it wasn't working (or not strong enough I presume)? does percodan come IN 7.5 325 FORMAT ## @tipi, From what I could gather, Percodan only comes in one dosage form of Oxycodone Hydrochloride (4.8355 mg) + Aspirin (325 mg). Percocet however, does come in 7.5/325mg dosages. I hope this helps to answer your question!

I got this as a refill. Does nothing for the pain from the surgery that i had. The one i had before which was manufactured by Watson i could take one of and be able to not be in pain. With this one i can take 2 as it states on the bottle and it does nothing and i am still in pain. Same script same instructions the only difference is manufacture and this one does nothing for my pain. Care to tell me why? ## Hello, Lori! How are you doing? Sorry that you're in pain. I am trying to find this product in Phoenix Arizona. No one so far carries it. Its a oval white pill with 3604V printed on it. Google says it made by Qualitest. I've tried Walgreen's, Walmart, CVS, and Fry's. The pill has little red specks on it. If I could find that certain pill I'd really appreciate it because it does not make me sick to my stomach like the other brands. I have been on this medicine a very long time. Went to get it filled and they were out. Went back later and got it, but it is not orange like my other ones it is yellow. I had been taking hydro 325 7.5 and diazepam for a number of years now for arthritis in my back and neck, tendonitis, nerve pain, degenerative muscle disease in shoulders and it worked pretty good for me. I was given Tylenol3 and flexerel which didn't help at all but now she wants to give me hydro 5 325 alone which does nothing. Although nothing completely stops the pain could you suggest something that i could talk with my doctor about that could possibly help everything?
