Oblong, skinny, white pill with 650 on one side and McNeil on the other? ## Ortho McNeil pill with 650 is Ultracet. I am only guessing this because the pill for Ultracet has the imprint O-M 650 on it. Wonder if the pill you have is an older pill because Ortho McNeil is the one who currently manufactures the drugs. ## McNeil 650 ## I believe that the marking you were looking at is McNEIL 659, it is a 50mg Ultram tablet, which is a name brand for Tramadol. NDC: 00045-0659 This tablet has now been discontinued. This is different from Ultracet, since Ultracet contains Tramadol and Acetaminophen. I have a white oblong tablet with McNeil imprinted on one side & 659 imprinted on the other side. McNeil 650 white oblong tablet ## white, oblong, McNeil 650- what is this pill? ## Someone found a bottle of gold oblong tablets with MO or OM on one side and 650 on the other side. He said it was a large blottle of pills ## I believe the marking on the first tablet was MCNEIL 659 and it contains 50mgs of Tramadol, this is the name brand for it called Ultram. The one with OM 650 marking contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it's available under the brand name Ultracet. These are centrally acting analgesics, which have the potential to habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
