I think i took a white oblong capsule i was told it was outdone instant relief 5mg. I can't remember the exact numbers on them. I know it started with a 0 and had the number 4 in it. I got a prescription for oxycodone 5mg/5ml solution 1800ml total I am confused on how much is actually in the bottle . The MCK or Mallinkrdt denotes the manufacturer as being Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the KVK is for KVK Tech. I have been on 5mg oxycodone for about 4 years. My doc switched me to the 10mg oxycodone tablet. I took one 10mg tab and NOTHING.
