Is this a narcotic? I'm wondering whether it will make me sleepy if I take it? If so, I don't want to take it as I have kids I have to take care of. ## Frontida BioPharm lists this tablet as containing 5mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, it is a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain and spasms associated with muscle sprains, strains, and injury. It is not a narcotic, but the FDA does warn that it may cause drowsiness as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

Small, circular, white pill with MP 57 imprint on 1 side and no markings or score line on the other. MP suggests Mutual Pharmaceutical, but I can't find an exact match. (Please do not suggest any alternative or similar interpretations of the imprint, as this will not be helpful.)

i take methadone 10 mg ,for pain but have noticed a difference between the round and oblong ones the round ones make me very tired ,ne1 no wat pharmacies carry the oblong ones? ## There can be difference in generic drugs, they are allowed to differ in the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%, because the FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. If they are making you tired, then that probably means you are experiencing more side effects, so they are a little stronger than what you are used to taking. As to what pharmacies carry the different ones, can you post back with more details, such as the markings on the ones you are looking for or the manufacturer, as well as your general location? Otherwise, people can only try and guess these details. You'll get m...

Trying to figure out what kinda of pill this is found it in my sons ## I really need to find out what kinda pill my son is taking ## Is there any chance that the marking on the pill was read upside down? I'm only asking because the imprint "L194" comes up as a small white round pill by the name of Famotidine 20 mg; a medication used to treat stomach ulcers / acidity. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

As far as the zubsolv go they are 5.7/1.4 mg. That's why they're less potent because of less medicine. They claim the bioavailability is higher but I disagree. Zubsolv are junk. ## I like them. If used correctly they work just fine, but if misused they can give you a headache and are junk. I take them so they do work. ## This is not true. I received 8.6 mg, the highest ones I know of zubsolv. My doctor asked me to try it for one month and they were the strongest form of bupe I've ever taken. I took one and a half the first day because I was skeptical and man I was zooming but insurance wouldn't cover it so it was way too expensive. Found a white small round pill has a 5and small 7 on one side and blank on the other side do u know what it is ? ## Hi Mindy, From what I could gather, the white round pill marked with a large "5" next to a smaller "7" on one side and blank on the other, is identified as Zubsolv, containing 5.7mgs of buprenorphine + 1.4mgs of naloxone. For additional verification, this tablet is made by a company called Orexo, here in the US. Zubsolv is used to treat people who are addicted/dependent on opioid drugs and is reported to be another brand name of the more commonly known Suboxone.
