555 Pill

I have pills that are 14 months old,are they safe to take? Can not get to a doctor for a new prescription. ## Being that the pill is over a year old, I'm assuming it is passed its expiration date. When it comes to drugs and other medication I believe it is best to not take any chances with the past expiration date. They may still be ok to take if they haven't been exposed to a high amount of heat or various other conditions outside of the bottle, however I am not a pharmacist or MD, so I cannot guarantee if it is safe for you to consume. There is still a high likelihood that it lost some of its potency and may be ineffective to the point where it could harm your body. What is a blue pill with DAN 5555 on it? ## Watson Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Propranolol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. But if you were to hold it upside down, the back side would look strikingly similar to 863z... Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find an identification for this, yet. They seem to be old tablets that are no longer manufactured, as from other posts I've found they were said to be found in the homes of elderly deceased relatives. Thus finding an ID may be a bit difficult. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## I found a few of these mixed in with some 10mg Dicyclomine Capsules after my mom died. This DOES NOT constitute a definite identification because I can't find them listed anywhere else either, but at least it's a place to start.

Supposed to be Buspirone, Generic for Buspar? ## Based on the description provided, I can confirm your pill to be Buspirone hydrochloride (15 mg). Buspirone is the generic name of the drug.
