I found some pills in my kid's room that are white oblong tablets with 5500 on one side & nothing on the other. What is this pill? ## The marking is actually "S500" instead of "5500" (first letter S instead of number 5). As others have stated, it contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 68210-0013 among others). Here is an example of what a box may look like, but it could be packaged under multiple brands. this is round orange and S L on one side and i think maybe 550 on the other, it is worn and i really cant see much of the numbers besides the 55... please help me!!! ## Hi, Ray! How are you? I'm sorry, but without being certain of the full imprint, I haven't been able to find a match for this, so far. The ones I did find that use the SL logo have both it and the numbers on the same side, so I haven't even been able to find a viable possibility, yet. However, I will keep looking and post back when I have more information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Round White pill with SL 550 printed in black on one side. It appears to be coated. ## This is 300mgs Cimetidine, a generic for Tagamet, used to treat gastro-intestinal problems such as heartburn and GERD. Side effects can include dizziness, nausea and headache.

It is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 20mgs of Fluoxetine, which is a generic for Prozac, which is used to treat depression, anxiety, and some perimenopause symptoms. Can I take 2 in one dosage ## You should only take them in the dose that you've been instructed to take. These contain 550mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and while they can be greatly helpful medications, there are also some possible risks associated with them, especially if you exceed the recommended dosage, such as liver damage, stomach ulceration and risk of bleeding.
