My boyfriend got perscribed a blue norco with watson iand 540 on it?1000mg? what does this do?? ## Okay first off, there is no Norco that contains 1,000mgs of anything. The tablets with the WATSON 540 marking contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic pain reliever. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and constipation. There is a generic hydrocodone with 650mg acetaminophen, usually green. I familiar with 5mg, 7.5, 10mg hydrocodone and the amount of acetaminophen gives the medication it's name in this case.

F P on one side and 5400 on the other white oval ## This is Combunox it contains 400mgs Acetaminophen and 5mgs Oxycodone. It is a narcotic pain med. ## This actually contains 400mg of Ibuprofen and 5mg of Oxycodone. It does not contain Acetaminophen.

white pill 5400 mg f/p long rectangular ## This is called Combunox. It is Ibuprofen or Motrin 400mg with 5mg of oxycodone or percocet. The oxycodone is a schedule two narcotic medication and can be very addictive. Also, one should not drive while taking it as it can make you tired or extremely dizzy.

I found a pink round tablet with the numbers 44 imprinted over 540 on one side. There is no score line. ## Did you perhaps mean 44 450? been taking m363 & it worked. Recently pharmacy switched to watson 540 (white oval) noting 'different brand'? Is it just me, or is it possible they don't work as well on me? Seem to take more, which I don't wanna' do. ## Its not the medicine its you as you have developed opiate tolerance. You can tootle that and read about it. If you keep taking. This. I have had these white Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10-500 T. These are not as strong as the pinkor blue. A lot of powder on them. Still have pain while taking them. When one pill works better for some than others. I Cain 't understand that if that name brand pill would fix the problem at one a day but we have to take the generic taking more and still feeling the pain. Money is as so the root of all evil. Without this money people like me and a whole lot more feel this way to. Will never get well. The medicine does make you better. The generic will help along the way but no you won't get well. I have a brown pill with 'MD' on one side and '540' on the other. I thought it was Amitriptyline, but I cannot verify. ## Found a match it's Amitriptyline 50 mg, which is now used in the United States and UK to prevent migraines only in very small doses. I have the white pill and also the blue pill marked with watson 540. Aren't they both the same except for a difference in the acetaminophen? ## Research I have gathered shows they are one in the same pill. Even the milligrams are the same. I found that the blue version of Watson 540 is simply manufactured or distributed by more companies than just Watson. Do you have any other questions or concerns? Everything is normal except the four is connected at the top and not open what's up with that? ## Hello, Dixie! How are you? If these were recently obtained, there is a chance they are counterfeit, as Watson is no longer manufacturing these. All such medications with more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose were discontinued as of the first of this year. Do you happen to know where these tablets came from?
