It only has codeine 30mg in it. ## This tablet is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they do list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine, which is a mild narcotic analgesic. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. This is 30mg of codeine hcl, no Tylenol in it. These are hard to get unless you have a liver problem. There very addictive. ## Codeine is a narcotic pain reliever and, as such, it has a much of a danger of addiction as any other narcotic. I also wouldn't say they are necessarily harder to get, because they can also be prescribed by some doctors to prevent a liver problem in people that may not have one, but are at risk for it. Are there any questions or comments? ## I have a 30 mg codeine but I’m only used to taking 1 Percocet or 1 Vicodin 7.5mg. Is this pill stronger than one of them?

inprint on it are 54 783 ## Yes, this is generic acetaminophen with codeine #3. It has 325mg acetaminophen and 30mg. codeine. It is generic for tylenol with codeine #3. It is a scheduled 3 narcotic drug that can be highly addictive. Side effects include constipation, stomach upset, dizzines, drowsiness. ## I was partially incorrect about this identification. It does NOT have acetaminophen in it, only the codeine 30mg. Sorry about that! ## LOL! This is acetaminophen 325mg (tylenol) and codeine 30mg. It is generic for tylenol #3 with codeine. Codeine is a schedule 3 controlled substance that is addictive and highly abused. It is used for mild to moderate pain. Side effects include marked drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness, constipation and a host of others. ## I was wrong about one thing with this medication. It does not have acetaminophen (or tylenol) in it,it only contains 30mg codeine. Sorry about that. ## LOL! Sometimes there are so many posts on one pill that I wonder who on earth lost so many or flooded the market with them?
