I take small white pill 54 775 it buprenorphine 1 drug WHT isn't the other naxalone in with it and why would the Dr give just the one...I am still craving opioid's everyday,what do I do? ## Hello, Deb! How are you? Have you told your doctor that you're having this problem? It isn't the Naloxone that stops the cravings. As listed by the FDA, it actually neutralizes other opiates and is included in the Suboxone formulations to prevent the abuse of other drugs, while someone is under treatment with it. It is the Buprenorphine that helps prevent the cravings, since it is also an opiate.
