I found some white oblong pills with the numbers 54 531 on them n whatever was on the other side has been scratched off...I just want to identify it n find out what to do with them? ## This tablet contains 300mgs of Quetiapine, the active ingredient in Seroquel, it's an atypical antipsychotic. Learn more Quetiapine details here. They can be dangerous if misused, so I'd suggest disposing of them properly. The FDA guidelines for such state that you should mix them with some undesirable substances, such as wet, used coffee grounds or kitty litter and then dispose of the whole mess in the trash.
