i found this pill 527 under my bed just a little while ago and i have suppected that i have been given this pill or one close to it my mouth gets dry,my eyes get real heavy and i feel dizzy ,and light headed at times ## Is that the complete marking on the tablet? Can you please post back with the shape, and color? Those can be side effects of many medications, according to FDA warnings, they may also include nausea, mood changes, and weight changes, though these are just general side effects. Hi... On my med bottle are these numbers: 00093-5277-01; Drug manufacturer: Teva Pharm. The numbers are correct. The pill description on the bottle says it's a white round pill imprinted with 93 on one side and 5277 on the other side. However, some of the pills are white with 93 on one side and blank on the other...and some of the pills in the same bottle look the same but have 93 on one side and 5277 on the other side...
