White round medium size pill and I also have a pinkish oval with 149 on one side and 93 on the other. ## West-Ward 290 - This is 500 mg Methocarbamol, a muscle relaxer. 93 149 is 500 mg Naproxen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever.
