I have taken aspirin free excedrin for headaches for years,. Now that is off the market I have tried similar generic brands that do not work. I now have to take my prescription meds all the time. I just finished 6 days of 500 mg Zithromax, and the 6 day medrol dose pack....3rd antibiotic in a month. Started achiness, dry cough in October, took 250mg zpack 5 days....better for 14 days, jogged in the cold, work around kids.... Right ear and side of throat started hurting 2nd week of Nov... A cephalosporin antibiotic 7 days... No better week if Thanksgiving, achy, pain upper left rib area, coughing up tons of phlegm. Chest xray clear, diagnosed infection and pleurisy. I went to the dentist Nov 30 for pain in my back molars. She found I have a gum infection from my gum growing over my teeth. I had my wisdom teeth out 3 years ago and I guess that's how they healed and food gets stuck in the gums.
