I'm taking 1 tablet by mouth twice a day of Carvedilol 3.125 mg. and lisinopril 2.5 mg 1 tablet by mouth every day. Is possible take oxicodone 5 mg imm rel capsules for pain? Thanks ## Yes! I was on the Carvedilol and Lisinopril, when I ended up in the emergency room for an attack of gastritis and the doctor prescribed me a few days worth of 5mg Oxycodone to help the pain. The only thing you have to watch for is that narcotics, such as Oxycodone, can also lower your blood pressure, so taking it with the other medications can sometimes result in it dropping too low. Therefore, you should be monitored or monitor it yourself, while using these medications together. Are there any questions or comments?

My Dr. wrote me a script on the script it says oxyCODONE (ROXICODONE) 15 MG immediate release tablets. the tablets are small and light green with the funny looking v on 1 side and 48 11 on the other side is this the imm rel.? I was taking two of the 5mg imm rel and they seemed to take care of the pain better than th 15's do I'm confused ## Hello, James! How are you? There actually aren't any in the higher doses that are immediate release, the only immediate release ones available are 5mg capsules. The one you've asked about is a 15mg regular release tablet that's manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals. They generally take about 15 to 20 minutes to start working. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming a...

I picked up my prescription of Oxycodone 30 Mg Imm Rel Tabs on 1.24.2012 at 4:30 pm. After counting them this (about 3:30 p.m.), I found out that I only have 17 left. There is no way that I could have consumed 12 or 13 tabs since yesterday. Could the pharmacy accidentally miscounted them? How do I go about finding out about this? I am extrremely careful in taking care of my pain medication. I am a chronic pain suffered after sustaining injuries 2 yrs. ago in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. Thank you. ## I'm sorry, but once you have left the pharmacy, there is really nothing you can do to prove that they shorted you on the pill count. round green tablet side 1: M Side 2: 15 ## is there a 15mg or 30 mg oxycodone blue with no imprint ## In the U.S.? No! Federal government regulations require that all prescription medications have unique imprints on them to enable their identification. If you have something without a marking then it is NOT a legal US prescription drug. Where did you obtain these? ## I was being rxed 10 mg oxy IR, now my dr has given me oxy 15, A 214. My ? is, are they also IR, cause they dont say so on the bottle. Oxycodone 15mg. Imm.rel. Oxycodone 15mg. HCL 15 MG. What's the difference? The Hcl. Seems weaker to me. ## Hello, Norris! How are you? Well, there is no immediate release in this dosage, only in the regular or time released formulations. And there is no difference, they are both Oxycodone Hydrochloride, the HCL just wasn't included on the one. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

If you have a 10mg tablet, it's either a regular release, or an extended release which would be Oxycontin. There is a small, pink, round tablet with the marking K 56 that contains 10mgs and its a regular release tablet, which means it will take 20 to 30 minutes to start having an effect in the body. There's also one with ETH 461 on it that's pink and is another 10mg regular release tablet.
