Why does it make me feel nauseated? It doesn't take my pain away or make me feel comfortable. In fact I feel like crap. I have severe nerve damage throughout my whole body. I got my script at a different pharmacy and they look different - are they the same? I normally get oval A333. The new ones are oval also but have 4829 V. Is there a difference between the two? ## 4829 on one side and V on the other is Oxycodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg. These are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. ## Yes they are the same.
