What is this pill meant to treat? I lost the box and only have the foil-backed package. It is acetaminophen and phenylephrine. ## I have some of these. The acetaminiphone works to reduce swelling, fevers and pain while the phenylephrine works to shrink blood vessels in the nasal passages which relieves sinus pressure. I bought these pills for sinus and they worked well. I only have two left and can't remember any brand name to locate them again. ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, they are used to treat sinus headaches. This is a generic or store brand and there are several brand names, including Excedrin Sinus Headache and Vicks DayQuil Sinus. Are there any other questions or comments?

They are sold under the name Suphedrine PE Sinus Headache and contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Phenyleprhine, so nothing to worry about it. They aren't even the type that you have to ask for at the pharmacy counter and show ID to purchase, these are just available on the regular OTC medication shelves.
