Hi, I am 44 years old male. About 15 days back i felt pain in the middle of the chest towards the heart. Did number of tests including ECHO & Stree Thillium . Results were normal. My weight is 75kgs and height 170 cms. I do exercise like jogging for 3-4 kilometers 3 times a week and do not feel any pain. I have lots of burping.
