I've come across two of these white oblong pills with this exact marking on them on one side, no markigs on the other side. I was in a serious automobile accident a few years back and was prescribed several medications to help me deal with the pain I experienced as I was recovering. I cannot find any other clues as to their origin beyond that... What is a white, oblong tablet with 44 413 on it? ## I am unable to locate this pill based on the description provided. Are you certain those are the correct markings on the tablet? Please post back with more information so I can be of further assistance to you. ## This 44 413 white oblong pill is aspirin and caffeine (no Tylenol) so its similar to Excedrin. This is sold at Dollar Tree stores. Good for back and joint pain - about it.
