The pill my friend has is a small pill, about 2 mg. It is coated with a red paste and says the inscriptions of I think to be L432 but I am not sure exactly. I was wondering if you would be abel to tell me what drug it is so I can tell him what he took. ## Round red tablet imprinted L 432 is 30 mg pseudoephedrine (generic Sudafed), a decongestant.

SMALL RED PILL, L 432 ON ONE SIDE SOLID ON THE OTHER ## sudafed which is used to treat allergies ## CK is correct, it is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine, which is a generic for Sudafed, it is used to treat cold symptoms, and sinus congestion. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, irritability, insomnia, and weight loss (with long-term use.) Are there any questions?

My brother recently committed suicide and I am awaiting the toxicology results. However, I am troubled by some pills found in his flat. One was a small round tablet, pastel green in colour and AA printed on one side and 432 or 492 on the reverse. The second was a capsule teal and yellow cream coloured with the letter C written on the teal part and TK on the yellow half. ## Sorry, I can't find any information on either one of these. Are you in the US or were these found in a different country? Does anyone else know what these are? I am also very sorry to hear of your loss.

I found a blue pill imprinted with "l 432". would that also be a sudafed type drug? ## Yes, it is usually sold under the name SudoGest and contains 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine, a decongestant used to treat cold symptoms. Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, irritability and nervousness. Read more: Are there any comments or questions? ## But be sure you have the prescription sudafed/sudagest. The OTC ones are too weak.
