one side says 4241 and the other side has a symbol that looks like a v ## Unfortunately, there are no listings in any of the drug databases for "V 4241". Are you sure you have read the imprint correctly? I only ask because there are multiple pills that share the same general imprint of a "V" with four other numbers on the other side; so if you're able to double check the marking and post back that would be great!

methocarbamol 750mg ## Hello, Larry! How are you? Can you please double check the marking? I am not finding any tablets with 4241 on them, including Methocarbamol. However, there is one manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals that has the marking 4212 V on, which contains 750mgs of Methocarbamol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain associated with sprains, strains and spasms. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

An oval pill that looks kind of like a vicodin, has an MP and on the opposite end has 424 with a line in the middle. It is white and not a capsule. Pretty big. ## This is Guaifenesin 600mgs and Pseudophedrine 120mgs, a generic for Mucinex D, used to relieve congestion.

Need to know the name of the pill thats white and oblong with the letter L and #s 424 on it ## I cannot find a listing for this tablet, however, I can tell you that these pills marked with an L followed by additional numbers are over the counter items. They are often sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. Does anyone else know what this is? Did you find it in the U.S.? ## L424 white round pill is Nicotine Lozenge. Was checking on son and asked. Sure enough pulled my bottle of wallgreen Nicotine Lozenge out and it was a match!

Am allergic to Blue #2 which is found in Mylan's Triamterene HCTZ. How do I find a pharmacy that sells Actavis' (formerly Watson Pharma) version of this medication which does not contain Blue#2? ## Hello, Tom! How are you? If you inform your pharmacy of the issue, they should be able to order the other one in for you. Side effects to this medication may include nausea, dizziness, dehydration and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks so much. That's exactly what I'll do. Tried already at my pharmacy(cvs) and they would not order anything other than Mylan. Same story at Publix. I called Westward/Actavis, emailed FDA. All say it was a business decision to keep capsules not tablets. Tablets work better. No heads up stopped in 2013. I can't even find any leftovers which must be somewhere? Call Westward 856-424-3700. Maybe if we overwhelm them w/calls, they will see there is a BIG Market for this drug and start making it again. It's called AZ&Me and offered through RxAssist, you can contact them about applying at 800-424-3727. MP the p looks like its part of the M. It's scored in middle to split in half on the same side on the other half of pill it,says 44 its is white and oblong. Nothing on other side MP 44 ## It's possible that this tablet is no longer made, I can't find this marking in any of the databases. The closest I can find, in this shape and color is MP 424, which contains Guaifenesin and Pseudoephedrine and MP 46, which contains Metronidazole. Is it possibly one of these?
