why cant i find this medication ## The pill with the 54 262 marking isn't a 40mg Morphine tablet, it is a 30mg tablet and how are you going about trying to find it? If you are just calling around to the various pharmacies and asking if they have it in stock, then you have to understand that since Morphine is a narcotic/controlled substance, you are likely not getting an honest answer. Due to the very high risk of theft, most pharmacies will simply tell anyone that just calls that they do not stock these types of prescriptions. If you are just a voice on the phone, they have no way of knowing if you a legitimate customer or a potential thief. The only way to really find out if they have it in stock is to actually go into the pharmacy, in person, with your prescription in hand.

taking morphine 15 mg S A. Have been on hydrocodone 10/325APAP, and oxycodone 10/325APAP. Don't seem to be getting any relief from the morphine. I'm on Morphine sulf 60mg ER 1 table every 12 hours plus Fentora 400 MCG Buccal tablet 1 every 6 hours. I'm ran out of the Morphine Sulf and none of the farmacy have it on stock. Now I'm with a lot of pain, I think because I'm getting the morphine out of my system, but I do have at home Oxycodone 15 MG. Do you know if I can substitute the morphine for the Oxycodone safely until I get the Morphine back within 2 days. Also if I take the Oxycodone can I still take the Fentora safely. I broke my ankle two weeks ago and the doctor started me on 40 - 80 mg a day then after a week I dropped down to 20-30mg a day. It has been almost a total of 2 weeks on this medication and when I wake in the morning I feel sick and sweaty until I take my meds. I'm wondering if a person can go through withdrawal on such a small dosage and if so how long will it take for this to stop ## That's not really a small dosage, even being down to 20 to 30mgs a day is still a pretty high dose and yes, one can experience withdrawal symptoms, whenever your dosage is lowered, or if you stop taking it, according to the NIH. How many 15 mg of Morphine Sulfate equal 4 of the 10 mg Hydrocodone?? ## Morphine and Hydrocodone are generally considered equal in strength, when taken orally, so a 10mg Morphine tablet would be equal to 10mgs of Hydrocodone, this your 15mg Morphine is actually a stronger dose than what you were taking of the Hydrocodone. 3 of the Morphine 15mg tablets would be 45mgs and that would actually still be 5mgs stronger than the 40mgs in 4 of the Hydrocodone tablets. I have been using ER 60 mg morphine sulfate x 2 daily with other meds. No one has this medicine in Tampa area and being legally blind I have no way to go to 50 pharmacies to locate because they won't tell you on the phone. Have been taking 400mcg Fentora with 125mcg Fentanyl Patch as prescribed by my PM doc. Fentora supposedly is only used for cancer pain. I do not have cancer just major chronic pain in knees for 10 years she believes is now CRPS. She says I have to stop either the patch or the Fentora. I have heard that Morphine is a good sub and she suggests 15mg. Dilaudid is also an option but did not have any success with that in 4mg dose. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!! ## My suggestion (sorry so late a reply) is that u stop the patch immediately. Fentanyl 50 Mcgs over 5 years has ruined my beautiful teeth. My doctor switched me from morphine 40 mg ER to 10/325 norco and he said I could take one tonight around the time I would take my morphine. My pain specialist had me on 40 mg Opana ER and 15 mg Morphine Sulfate IR for 8 years. I had to find another doctor and starting next week I will be taking 30 mg Oxymorphone ER every 12 hours and 10 mg Oxycodone IR up to 3 per day. I have been out of my break thru pain med for 2 days now and my pain level averages 9 to 10 every day so I have taken 5 mg valium, Tylenol #3 with codine and a baclofen to stop me from going into withdrawal. Hi! I have been on 16 -24 mg of suboxone for almost 3 years now. I have been having some really painful tooth aches, and am waiting to get into my dentist for oral surgery most likely, so I go off and on in extreme pain. Every couple days, what I have been doing rather than just taking my sub, is taking my sub dose in the morning, and then in the evening around 8 taking an oxycodone 40 mg, to help with pain. It of course doesn't give that euphoric feeling, but it does help with the pain more than just my morning sub. I go to sleep, and 10 hours after I can take my suboxone no problem, without PAWS.
