Is a wpi 3638, anything like a soma? ## No it is not. It is Hydromorphone. a most powerful pain pill ## Thank you, Eddy! What he has stated is correct. To add some specifics, this tablet is manufactured by Watson Laboratories and they list it as containing 16mgs of Hydromorphone, which is a pretty high dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I can't tell you any specifics on the Watson tablet you mentioned, since you didn't provide the markings from it or any other details, but I can provide the details on the tablet with the M 363 marking… That one contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. when I was first prescribed vicodin they were Watson, 349...then later 352 and then 357 and now 363 and 368. What do those numbers mean. The ones I felt that worked best were the 349 and 357 Watson. I may be wrong in the numbers (years have gone by since ) but I think I am right. What is the STRONGEST vicodin made and does COLOR OF PILL have any reference to the quality of the med ? or the number on it. ie: is a 368 stronger then a 357. why are they called LORTAB. when I first heard them called that, instead of vicodin I thought maybe they were ( placebo) to make me THINK they were vicodin but not really. finally! speaking of PLACEBO can doctors and pharmacies give placebo without notifying the patient, can they legally do that? ## Hi, Frenchy! I did explain a lot of this in response to...

Got a generic for watson hydrocodone 10 500 has mb63 marked on it. Is it real ## Is it possible that the imprint says something else? I'm not finding anything that comes up under "Mb63". M363 is the closest match to your description and it is also identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). So I can only assume that you may have misread it? Manufacturer: Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 00406-0363 Learn More: Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone Details If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

Tan round pill with wpi 3030 on it with a small hole in between the 3030, can someone please tell me what this is? ## Hydromorphone 16mg extended release ## I see that "WPI 3630" is identified as a 16mg hydromorphone HCL extended release tablet made by Watson, but the particular imprint in question refers to "3030", not "3630". Any clarification on that? If it's of any help though, the color of the WPI 3630 pill is reported to be yellow; whilst the thread description denotes theirs as being tan. I also find it odd that WPI 3030 doesn't come up under any search engine results. So for anyone seeking more specific details it may be that you may have to contact Watson (Actavis) directly.
