Is there aspirin in norco ## Hi sue, The answer to your question is no. Norco contains: Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen I think acetaminophen is commonly misconstrued as being aspirin, however they are not the same. Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti inflammatory (NSAID) where as acetaminophen is not. I hope this info helps! ## Acetaminophen (Tylenol) has no anti- inflammatory ability, so is NOT an NSAID. Having said that, it is otherwise, very similar in effect. It's good for fever, headache, and some pains but not those caused by inflammation.

The hospital prescribed me hydrocdone 5 365 its white oblong pill. Then my doctor prescribed me hydrocodone 5 365 but its white with red specks and a v on one side. Are they the same? I have just taken the rest of my white oblong pill and I'm wondering if I will be ok to take the speckled ones. I didn't know whether they are two different pills and if I can combine the medicication together? ## Hello, Courtney! How are you? If they are both Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen, then they are the same and taking them hours apart wouldn't be considered combining them, anyway. That would require taking them together, or very close together. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth...

The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. That's what the 3604 V is, it's just the code that Vintage/Qualitest has chosen to use on this pill to identify it as their product. Is there anything else I can help with?

Do people insufflate these pills? and do the side effects include angriness from not taking them? ## Hello, Efox68! How are you? Yes, to both questions. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. People do commonly misuse them in this manner and withdrawals may cause irritability and anger. Will mixing methodone and norco lnduce withdrawls?? ## Hi Melissa, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between Methadone and Hydrocodone; so you shouldn't experience any strange problems in that regard. While it is possible for there to be an additive effect, some people have had incidences where they noticed a decreased efficacy with Hydrocodone when they administered a larger dose of either medication. I'm not a doctor, but from what I've read, I don't think it reacts quite as strongly as Suboxone would in this type of scenario. None the less, it is something to pay very close attention to if this is your first time using either of these medications together. It may also be best to discuss proper dosing protocols and any other concerns with your...

How are you? Unfortunately, under the directives of the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics are allowed to differ, in the amount of the active ingredients, by plus or minus 20% of the amounts in the name brand… and they do not have to measure against each other, just the name brand, so one generic may be slightly higher and another could be slightly lower. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window and most people don't notice any difference, however, there are ...

Am having knee replacements soon, had RNY so can't take any anti-inflammatories. Have been taking 1/2 of a 5-325 for pain made by Qualitest & have a V on one side & 3604 on other. Tablets are scored so can break easily. No problem with stomach. Latest Rx are same color but say Watson on one side and 3202 on other side and, though they are scored to break in half, are really hard to break..sometimes breaking into several pieces. Also, have had ulcer and stomach really burns, especially when I break the tablet into two parts. Could it be the fillers? ## Yes, there could be a filler that's causing more stomach acid. hi I been prescribe from my doctor 3202 watson pill for back pain a year ago and just went again to the pharmacy and they give me a 3604 pill they said it was the same dose but I feel like the 3202 pills was helping me more is there a difference between the 3202 and the 3604 ?? ## Hello, Greg! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having. They are both the same medication in the same dosage, they've just been manufactured by different companies, Watson and Qualitest respectively. However, there can be differences between one generic to another, the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984 does permit an allowable difference in the amount of the active ingredients, by as much as plus or minus 20%. This is done with generics to create market competition to help keep prices down. Thu...
