I found this pill in my 18 year old nieces pocket when i went to wash clothes and i've tried looking it up and cant find it anywhere. Please help. ## This tablet was manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as having contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The reason you couldn't find it listed anywhere is due to the fact that is has been discontinued due to the amount of Acetaminophen that was in it. The FDA no longer allows combination prescription medications to contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so this hasn't been manufactured for several years, now. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation....

I definitely think the white v 36 09 is less effective...much less effective!!! I've taken Norco for many, many years for chronic back pain. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis. I have multiple spinal fusions and my shoulders are shot from multiple rotator cuff repairs. I have gotten the white ones for the past two months. I have NEVER taken more than prescribed in the past but I get literally NO relief from the white ones! It feels like a placebo to me and I am beyond frustrated!! I can't take NSAIDS and I go to a pain Dr so I can't take any other type of narcotic and I am miserable!! Please go back to the Yellow v 36 01. They are NOT the same!!! Why would the white be cheaper for Wal-Mart if they are identical? Why would a manufacturer make the same medication w...

I usually get the yellow V 36 01 when I fill my 10mg Norco. This time they gave me white V 36 09. ## Hi debra, The V 36 09 white pill is a new version made by Qualitest that only recently came out on the market; which is why information seems scarce at the moment. However other patients here have also confirmed this in the following discussion thread: Discuss/hydrocodone-yellowwith-v-on-one-and-3609-on-the-other-what-dose-208024.htm It reportedly contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Though I'm not sure if it's brand name Norco or generic. You could try contacting the manufacturer for more specific details if need be. I hope this helps! ## it is generic norco . made my hand swell, and I was very irritable . Horrible feeling

I have two halves of hydrocodone that both say M36 and the other half is gone. Are Hydrocodone 5's M365 and 10's M367 the exact same size pill or is one smaller? No one can provide a good explanation !?!?! ## Hello, GeoPhilly! How are you? There really is no 'good' explanation, so to speak. It's just that the one company had them available for a cheaper price than the other company. That's just what happens, sometimes. This is a generic medication, so it's made by several different companies and whichever one your pharmacy has depends on who was offering the cheapest price at the time they needed to restock their supply, so they can give you the cheapest price possible. Sometimes the price takes a jump, sometimes it drops. It's just supply and demand, the same with anything else on ...
