what's the diferrence between the m357 and v 35 92? I've been taking m357 for over a year and the pharmacist changed it to v35 92 which makes me very nauseus(it's been a month now). it's the same dosage 5/500 . Anybody know? ## I just looked up both pills and found that they are manufactured by two different companies and contain different inactive ingredients (which might be the culprit to the nausea). Can you break this 35 92 tablet in half and take half a dose? ## Is there a cursive V under the 92? It is generic for name brand Vicodin and Lortab, among others. It is a schedule 3 controlled substance, narcotic pain reliever used for moderate pain. It is very addictive and has side effects of drowsiness, dizziness, euphoria, constipation, among others. ## My grown son is about 300 lbs. He has a bad infected tooth and pain, and was prescribed Hydroco/apap5-500mg. It is doing no good. Is he able to take it more often because of his weight. God bless. ## I wouldn't advise it. On the Qualitest pill V 35 92 which side contains hydrocodone, the 35 or the 92? ## Neither side contains it, the active ingredients are evenly mixed throughout the tablet, if you cut it in half, you would get a half a dose of both the Acetaminophen and the Hydrocodone.
