white, oblong ## Hi, i found a bottle of one thousand pills. They are oval with one end squared off. Pink on one side that says magnum and white with blue flecks on the other that has 357 imprinted. the bottle says caffeine 325 mg and ephedrine sulphate 25 mg. what are these pills used for? ## In reference to ephedrine and caffeine mixture tablets, I remember they were used for people who had trouble breathing due to allergies or asthma. It cleared up the post nasal drip that made one feel like one was drowning. The pharmacist would tell us to drink plenty of water when on this pill. Back in the 1960's and 1770's there was no need for a physicians prescription.

white oblong pill with imprint M353 ## Since this imprint was posted several times and I've been repeatedly searching for it, I have finally found my best guess based on the fact that they said it was white… I think this may have been the tablet with the M 358 marking and it contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Vicodin, Norco or Lortab, which is a narcotic analgesic. This medication has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness. Learn more Vicodin details here. Another note that needs to be added here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription product...

My wife's Vicodin are different this time. Yellow, oblong, but it definately says 35 01, not 36 01, and there is a V on the other side. Are these still 10/325's? ## As strange as it sounds, there is no Vicodin marked V 35 01, only V 36 01; which are the 325 mg / 10 mg. Unless "V 35 01" is a completely new pill that just came out, I'm a bit stumped on this one. Regardless of the possible misprint, the "V" suggests that these were manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals (now known as Qualitest). I would suggest contacting them directly via the link below, to inquire about this: qualitestrx.com/contact.html I hope this info helps! Can you please post back if/when you hear back from them? ## I never had this yellow Norco 10/325mg (V 35 01) pill before, I always h...

pink rectangular v on one side 3500 on the other ## I cannot verify it 100%, but this tablet supposedly contains 7.5mg of Hydrocodone. I'm going to try and reach Qualitest Pharmaceuticals (formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals) to see if V 3500 is in their product line. Lastly, is there any way that you could be misreading the 3500? It is known that a pink tablet with V on one side and 3600 on the other is a generic Vicodin containing Acetaminophen 500 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Hope this helps!
