Hydralazine is a direct-acting smooth muscle relaxant used to treat hypertension by acting as a vasodilator primarily in arteries and arterioles. White round small tablet. On one side is W at top and 328 beneath the W. The other side is scored with nothing else. ## Hello, Led! How are you? Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a listing for anything matching this description, so far. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Thanks. It's not important. I was just curious. My wife was in ICU, and I found it on the floor by the head of her bed. I've already thrown it away. No telling what it was.

These pills were given to me as Furosemide but when I searched for A328 they show as thyroid tablets. Been taking them for almost three months now. What are they? ## The "R and moon crescent" that you listed in title sounds like the actavis logo. Can you confirm that the logo is on your pills? Also, were these dispensed by a pharmacy in the United States, or are they from a different country? ## Yes. The logo is on one side and the A328 on the other. Walgreens ## Does it look like this? The closest possibility that I've found along these lines is the same as what you're saying - a thyroid pill containing Methimazole 5 mg. The only thing is that it's not reported to have the R and Logo on the back side, but based on the fact that it was manufactured by Actavis Totowa...

Is 750 mg fatal to à low tolérance, 140 lb, 5"6 female in a 6 hr timeframe? ## According to the EMCDDA (European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction), the estimated minimum lethal dose in non-tolerant adults can start at 200 milligrams. However, further research suggests that larger doses may be better tolerated after chronic use of the drug, whereas doses of 400 to 500 mg are not "generally" fatal. Ref: toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/search/a?dbs+hsdb:@term+@DOCNO+3287 750mg on the other hand is a significantly higher dose than what was even being considered lethal. Are you just speaking hypothetically or is someone you know actually at risk?
