I have a sinus infection and wonder if this pill will help? half gray and half red capsule on both sides has numbers in black on top 93 under it says 3145 ## This capsule contains 250mgs of Cephalexin, the active ingredient in Keflex, this is an antibiotic. Found a red pill, with black numbering 3147 without the 93. Is this still Cephalexin monohydrate? ## Does it have the word TEVA on it, rather than the 93? If so, then yes, it is the same medication, the 93 was the old logo that Teva Pharmaceuticals used and they have slowly been transitioning them to use the TEVA logo, instead.
