I found a grey & white capsul white says 3101 Grey says DN101 I dont know what it its? Would like to know? ## I haven't been able to determine exactly what this is - Can you share any other details such as the manufacturer name, country of the product, or anything else? If not, it is going to be impossible to identify, it could be any one of a number of over the counter items. ## half grey half white capsul white half says 3101 grey says ICN_ ## ICN 3101 is a Canadian medication called Cesamet, it contains the active ingredient Nabilone, this is a THC derivative used to help prevent nausea and pain. I have trigeminal neuralgia and will need to change medication (been on Gabapentin for 11 yrs) since it is not working well for pain control. I am HLAB 27 positive and per drug info on tegretol usage: anyone who is positive for HLAB 1502 or HLA 3101 will develop steven johnson syndrome which creates an emergency situation leading to hospital admission. I ask if anyone has experience with tegretol usage leading to such a reaction? I plan to be evaluated for both conditions. ## I finally found a MD who has been helpful in diagnosing and treating my problem without usage of tegretol. I hope no one else has to deal with this issue.
