Side effects included marked drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness, constipation. ## I was wrong about one ingredient. This particular one does not have acetaminophen (or tylenol) in it. Sorry about that. It only has codeine 30mg in it. ## This tablet is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they do list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine, which is a mild narcotic analgesic. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Can you die (overdose) on this Medication ? If so, how many pills will kill you and how many can you take max in a day to be safe ? ## You can overdose on any medication if you take too much of it. The greatest danger in this one is actually the Acetaminophen, taking too much of it in a day has the potential to be fatally toxic. The recommend daily maximum is 3,000mgs. Going over the risks liver damage and failure. The Codeine is a mild narcotic and it's maximum daily dose is only 120mgs, This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Hi, I've been taking codeine phosphate, or co-proxamol, dihydrcodeine, etc. for 16 years for necrotic arthritis and lower spine damage/trapped nerves, etc. Two questions. What would be a sensible amount of oxycodone for a doctor to prescribe? Mine reckoned 2 x 5mg daily and they had no effect what so ever.. Second question, if I sleep more than 4 hours at any time, day or night, even if I take 2 x 30 mg dihydrocodeine as I fall asleep, I wake up hyper-ventilating. However yes, the Oxycodone is much stronger than the Codeine. I have found a very chalky white looking pill that has been split in half down and score, it is round and has a small number five on it and the one that I found with it is another chalky white looking pill With the score also down the middle, it is around but it has a small number six on it. They were all broken in half so it’s hard to tell. ## The highest dosage of Codeine in one tablest is 60 mg.

Is a tec 30 stronger than a percocet 5? Is taking a tec 30 the same as taking a percocet 30? ## If I am not mistaken TEC 30 contains 30 mg of Codeine, whereas a Percocet 5 contains 5 mg of Oxycodone. As far as comparisons go I had a look at the Equianalgesic table and it's showing that Codeine is 1/10th the relative strength of Morphine, where as Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than Morphine. So to break that down ... 30 mg of Codeine ≅ 3 mg of Morphine ... 5 mg of Oxycodone ≅ 7.5 mg of Morphine. In other words, a Percocet 5 is over twice as strong as 30 mg of Codeine.

I just purchased what I thought was tylenol with codeine phosphate but there are no imprints but a line on one side. It is a blister pack and it says 300/30 mg. Are these for real?? ## Where were they obtained from? Do they list the country they are from, or who the manufacturer is?
