The hourglass logo is used by Ivax Pharmaceuticals, but I am not finding a listing for this anywhere, so I'm wondering if it may be an older medication that is no longer being manufactured. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? I'll keep looking and post back when I have more information for you. ## I believe this capsule 303 325 with what looks like an hour glass is Quinine Sulfate. It probably came out of Mexico. This is the same capsule which came out of Mexico. Is it unusual for a pharmacy not to carry the 300mg version of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone? My Dr. that usually writes a script does it for Acetaminophen 325mg + Hydrocodone 7.5mg and this script is for the 300mg version. ## No given pharmacy is under any obligation to carry any given medication in any specific dosage. Is it possible that your doctor meant to write for 325, rather than 300, with the 7.5? Have you tried contacting them to ask? Has anyone actually tried this medication from VAX labs in a bubble pack? ## Hi Sally, If it's not dispensed by a legitimate licensed pharmacy, the only safe way to determine whether it's real or not would be to have the tablet analyzed by a lab or drug panel. Based on my own investigation, I cannot find any reason to believe that VAX labs or VAX Pharmaceuticals is a legitimate company. They have no website, no reviews and don't even appear to be a real firm from India. So personally, I would discard them. Obtaining meds like this over the internet is like gambling with your health and money. ## I just received 30 of these and took 1/2 of one and with no effect, I don't even think it is acetaminophen or hydrocodone!

What da difference between bp10-300 and norco 10-325? ## Hi Rodney, From what I could gather, the pill you're describing marked "BP 643 10" is reportedly identified as a generic form of Norco with a dosage of 10/300; made by a company called Boca Pharma Inc. As far as differences are concerned, this one has 25mgs LESS Acetaminophen than the Norco 10/325. I Took my prescription to a pharmacy to be filled and they said they couldn't fill it because that strength 10 325 doesn't exist anymore with Vicodin. They said the doctor should've made the prescription out for either 10/300 or Norco 10/325. I went to another chain pharmacy and they said there was no problem at all and they filled the prescription and said the law allowed them to generically fill the prescription with either Norco 10/325 or Vicodin 10/300 which ever they had available as long as it wasn't over 10/325. I have been taking Percocet in different doses shapes & sizes for the past 15 years. With APP & without... I find absolutely have find very very very little difference (I say three times) between the different generic on the market & I find it bizarre that these people say they find drastic differences between them. I was taking morophine sulfate 30 mg tabs for 3 years, but the pharmacies in florida don't want to fill this anymore, so I went through severe withdrawals for 3 months or so. I'm told i can get back on, but would rather not, so I am now on Percocet 10-325 and they just dont work as well. But my question is this, is it normal to sweat alot when taking them? I have been managing pain for quite some time, from 2 broken hips and a shattered heel. I've always been on hydro 10-300. I looked at my new scrip and it said "hydro 10-325". I take Norco 10 / 325 and they aren't doing anything. I think I was even having withdrawals sneezing diarrhea and come to find out CVS carries Lupin. At first I thought I was building up a tolerance to the pain medication but it was like overnight. This can be traced back to when I got the medication from CVS from the manufacturer Lupin. I have about a 30 day supply left and can't get anymore but I definitely will not be going back there. ok so i have a question on the M367 pills. First, I have taken Vicodin about two times in the past. First time i broke my left ankle 3 years ago and got a prescription for the 5mg/(not sure on the acetaminophen) Vicodin at qty 20 pills. If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. I've been taking 10/325 hydrocodones × 5 per day for a couple of years for pain then the laws changed and, my Dr. prescribed me 1, 30 mg. Kadian cr per day for pain, the hydrocodone kinda helped for pain but i never was fully pain free. Just wanted ask how the new prescription would be better or should I ask for something else.
