Just curious. ## I found a bottle of these exact pills (Rugby 3 on one side, 3227 on the reverse side) in a trash heap on my property where someone was illegally dumping garbage before we bought the land. I have searched several pill identifying sites, and searched the PDR, with no results. ## Hello, From what I could gather, a round white pill marked with Rugby 3/3227 is identified as 30mg Codeine + 300mg Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol #3); which are used for the relief of mild to severe pain.
