My regular doctor left the clinic I have been at since 2010. New doctor at same clinic wants to wean me off my daily 280mg of methadone in just 4 weeks time. Have been on this dose for 25+ years... Mayo clinic, and my original doctor from Hawaii and clearance from two cardiologist have said no reason to stop at this point and no risk. Mistake was to not check this new doctor out first who I have since discovered is notorious for pulling this on patients for no reason. My son is on banzel(along with 280ml of phenobarbital and1200 of keppra)for seizures. He's non verbal so he can't tell me how he feels. He seems too sedated! ## When it comes down to it, verbal or not, no one knows your son as well as you do. Thus, if you feel he's too sedated, then you should definitely contact his doctor and tell them that. It can sometimes take some time to find the right combination of medications to prevent the seizures, without causing too many other crazy side effects, but the doctor can't know that something is wrong, unless you speak up. Don't ever be afraid to be your child's advocate. :-) How long has he been taking it?

Should my friend go to the emergency room? Between yesterday and the day before my friend ingested 280mg and about 140mg of vyvanse. she hasn't been to sleep for two days now, she isn't prescribed them so she doesn't take them on the daily. She still couldn't sleep last night so ita two full days shes been awake and can't really eat. So far today (its ten in the morning) she hasn't taken anymore the last time she took one (it was a full 70mg by mouth) was about six p.m. yesterday. Orange pill says kali on it ## I believe you got the markings completely wrong on this pill. The imprint 280 Kali is the only one that fits your description. My guess is, the marking on your pill must've been smudged off to a degree that is not very legible. Anyhow, Citalopram hydrobromide (10 mg) is the pill I located it to be. Citalopram is an antidepressant drug used to treat major depression associated with mood disorders. It is also used on occasion in the treatment of body dysmorphic disorder and anxiety. I ran out of Opana ER 40mg. I take 7 tabs at a time. That is 280mgs. I have Morphine Sulphate ER 200mg each. How do I do a conversion so I know how many Morphine Sulphate to take until I can get my script for Opana refilled? ## Wow! That's a very high dosage to be taking and I'm very sorry that you ran out.
