Is a light yellow round pill that says 271 and has a half of a moon on the other side a morphine ???? I reallly need to know !! ## Yes it's suppose to be a 30mg Morphine Sulfate Extended Release. I have taken them for a month now and I bearly feel it working. This medication from Actavis sucks big time. My sleep has suffered along with more pain and I feel like I'm withdrawing. If anyone else has felt the same please let me know so I can get my doctor to change to some other manufacturer. The purple 30mg worked great but my pharmacy doesn't carry them anymore. The reason is because all prescription drugs manufactured in the U.S. are required to have unique imprint codes and are readily available in domestic databases.
