what is the drug ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question may have actually been WATSON 3202 and it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, Lortab, or Norco. Pill in question is a diamond shape blue pill with pfizer on one side and VGR 220 on the other? I'm positive its viagra. My question is, is it 220 mg? Based on viagra pills, it makes sense since the mg are written on them. ## This pill should theoretically be 220mgs, since they do have a track record of typically putting the dosage on the pill itself. But I don't believe that 220mg is part of the standard doses for this tablet. Was this dispensed by a licensed pharmacy? If not, it could be counterfeit. I found it at home with children and just looking to see if I should worry? ## Hi Marbear, If the light blue pill your describing has a bit of an oval shape to it, then my findings point to Naproxen sodium 220mg; an over-the-counter NSAID used for inflammation, fever, minor aches and pains. From what I could gather, the Drug Identification Number is 02385007. If you still have any doubts about the pill ID, I would also encourage you to take it into a local pharmacy for a second opinion. I have taken 220mg naproxen sodium and 1000mg acetaminophen. Can this hurt me? I woke with fever and pain in head and shoulders and had those available so I took them. Those aren't dangerously high doses of either, but mixing them could cause you to experience more severe side effects than usual, you may also experience headache, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising, according to the FDA. Don't want to overdo it. But pain is horrific. How many Vicodin 's(10-300) are potentially lethal? ## Hi John, While there's no exact number of pills for a potentially lethal dose, I can tell you that for your own safety, the FDA recommends NO MORE THAN 4000mgs a day of Acetaminophen, and that is to be spread out over a 24hr period - NOT to be taken all at once. They also state in their warning that anything over 325mgs in a sitting has been shown to cause liver damage/failure; which from my understanding can eventually lead to death if liver damage is severe. So why don't you just ask the doctor for something stronger if Vicodin isn't cutting it?
