20mg Op Oxys

I am in pain management and I currently take oxy 30mg 3x's a day... my doctor is willing to switch me to something else if I want, since the oxys do not provide enough relief. when I asked her what kind of dose I would start at the only thing she would match mg for mg would be morphine..opana she will only start me at 20mg 2 per day. does anyone know if this would be equal to the oxy I take now?? I have read all about how opana is supposed to be about twice as strong as oxy but still I was afraid to switch.. also, does opana " feel " the same as oxy??? thanks to all for reading and replying, HOUSE ## Hello, House! ....my doctor decided he was cutting al hiss patients off of it an switched us to lousy oxy(op) 20mg...which i was currently getting 20 mg opana er 2 a day which did the trick since I work in the union and carry 100 plus pounds of tools a day and i cant hardly bend over cuz of my lower back pain.
