I HAVE BEEN TAKING PAIN Medication it was great for years.The past months I've have noticed a big change the 20mg. I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. I got very sick from a funny looking 15 mg oxycodone pill made by epic pharma. This was in May 2016. I went to the hospital. They are real and very very light. ## What symptoms did you experience? We are looking for the Oxycodone Hcl liquid that does not have saccarine sweetner in it. ## Most of them are going to contain some type of sweetener, to prevent the oral solutions from tasting awful. Trying to find out what this pill is. It is white in color. Oval in shape, has the letter S on one half and another S on the other half.
