pharmacy says they are the same as 54 609 but make me feel different and can't find listing for them anywhere ,supposed to be 4mg hydromorphone. ## 54 609 contains 4mgs of Hydromorphone, a generic for Dialudid, a narcotic analgesic. I cannot find a listing for the 54 196 anywhere, either. However, if they are made by a different company, the amount of the active ingredient could vary slightly and this may explain why they make you feel different. Have you tried taking them into the pharmacy and asking them to double check the prescription for you? Common side effects of this medication may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness. You can read more on it here:

The company that uses the 44 logo, followed by 3 additional numbers does not manufacture any prescription medications. They are sold all over the U.S. and some parts of Canada as the generics or store brands. Learn more OTC drug details here. Does anyone recognize this particular one?

Dapricil was used for mentstural cramps in the 1960’s. Would like to know information about he content of the drug. It was a very long time ago. I remember feeling high when taking it and didn’t do much for the pain. Then dapricil was replaced by another similar pill the name was edricil. Not sure of the spelling. Thank You ## I used this drug when I got bad cramps during my cycle! Did not misuse it! When I took this drug I actually functioned and concentrated so much better! Was able to get chores done and worked more efficiently! Was wondering what it was made of? ## Funny how we can remember this medication It never helped with my severe cramps but it was a mood lifter. Really useless. When Motrin Became available my prescription, that was the answer for me.

This tablet is manufactured by Alvogen and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen/Tylenol and 5mgs of Oxycodone. i got these pills, i was told they are dilaudid, is this correct? because i took one by injection and it it made me puke all day...if someone could maybe help me out and tell me why they made me so sick. thanks ## These do contain 4mgs of Hydromorphone, the active ingredient in Dilaudid. However, nausea can be one of its side effects and since pills are not intended to be dissolved and injected, that probably explains why you were so ill. When you do that, you are injecting all of the medication, at once and it doesn't get a chance to dissolve slower, like it would if you swallowed the tablet. Are there any comments or questions? ## You either a) got cotton fever or b) the things you used to prepare with weren't sterile and you got bacteria in your blood stream. Either way you...

All through the 1960's my mother used to take a small round purple pill for her nerves. Any idea if it was an antidepressant, sedative or tranquilizer? ## Hi cb, Unfortunately without knowing what the actual imprint is, it would be extremely difficult to try and determine what exactly it might be. Both, manufacturers, as well as the pills they make, have undergone so many changes since the 60's (let alone in the past 5 years), that they probably don't even exist anymore. It's also plausible that it could be an OTC drug or dietary supplement of some sort. Would your mother happen to have an idea of what types of medications she took (through previous medical records)? ## Thank you for your reply.
