I need help to ID a pill. Bright Yellow oblong with CPC 1860 imprinted on it. It is scored. I have searched but have found no info on the CPC code of 1860 or anything close to that. The back side is smooth ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for this, either. This leads me to suspect that it might not be a prescription medication, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Our grandson has been on amoxicillen since Wednesday afternoon for a sore throat. His fever is still 100º and his throat is still sore and swollen. I think he should be feeling better by now. The step test was negative. His Dr is not open on Saturdays. Should we discontinue the Amoxicillin on the possibility that he is allergic to it?
