I'm looking at a pill that has 158 on one side and a C on the other side. What is this? ## This tablet is manufactured by Cipla USA and they list it as actually being YELLOW and containing 7.5mgs of Meloxicam which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to pain, fever, and swelling. (NDC 69097-158) The FDA lists the typical side effects possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Inactive ingredients: - Colloidal Silicon Dioxide - Magnesium Stearate - Sodium Citrate ## This pill is totally white, not yellow is that OK?

I have a small round white pill. One side is stamped with C, the other 158. The only pills I can ID like this say that they are yellow, but this is white. DailyMed describes this pill as "yellow coloured, round, biconvex tablets, debossed with '158' on one side and 'C' on the other". They also say that "Meloxicam is a pale yellow solid" - so to me that could mean there's a chance it could almost appear white under certain lighting. I have a small round white pills with u158 on one side and when I searched for the type of pills they're it comes back saying no results and this can't be true and I'm looking at the imprint clearly, can you please tell me what it's used for. A round white pill. One side has a U at the top and underneath it is the number 158. The other side has a line separating the pill in half. ## Hello, Jane! How are you? Trying to identify a white capsule with two rings and SG 158. I can't really tell if the rings are orange or yellow. ## They are meant to be yellow/gold, this is a 200mg Celecoxib tablet, a generic for Celebrex, it is used to pain, and inflammation. it is white with a hour glass shape and has m on one side and mj with a line and 158. idk what is is but we found it in our new home which was left in a cabinet. ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this, so far, in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. It may be something that's available over the counter, or it could be a prescription medication that is old and no longer being manufactured. The best suggestion I can make is to just dispose of it properly. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I know that Glycomet is used by diabetic patients. My wife has become fat unnecessarily. She is 92 kg, 38 years and has 158 cms height. She has thyroiditis and and her USG of Abdomen and Pelvis report shows that she has mild fatty liver and polycystic ovaries (3-4mm follicles). The doctor has suggested her to take glycomet r 500 twice a day. Is it OK if she takes glycomet r 500 to reduce her weight and have a baby? We are also planning to have a baby. My Mother is of 74years and she is diabetic and was prescribed for Glycomat GP-1 twice a day and in the last month doctor has advice to take Glycomat GP-2 twice a day as her Fasting is 158 and after meal its 275. please advice how to control this level and what diet she should take. What pharmacy companies manufactured and produced promethazine codeine? Is Watson one of them? ## @bankrolled, From what I could gather, promethazine codeine (phenergan w/ codeine) is or was being manufactured by the following pharmaceutical companies: Alpharma Actavis (NDC is 0472-1627-16) Tris Pharma Inc. (NDC is 27808-065-01) Sun Pharma Inc. (NDC is 57664-185-31) Qualitest Pharma (NDC is 0603-1585-58) Hi-Tech Pharma I didn't see Watson listed, but Actavis bought them out a long time ago, so I'd imagine that their version ended up taking Watson's place. I was told that this drug microbide 50 mg can cause lung damage.
