I have a small round white pill. One side is stamped with C, the other 158. The only pills I can ID like this say that they are yellow, but this is white. Can anyone identify it for me please? ## Hi mb ... Are you sure that your tablet isn't just a really light yellow? It is most likely Meloxicam 7.5 mg from Cipla (NDC 69097-158). DailyMed describes this pill as "yellow coloured, round, biconvex tablets, debossed with '158' on one side and 'C' on the other". They also say that "Meloxicam is a pale yellow solid" - so to me that could mean there's a chance it could almost appear white under certain lighting. Plus there aren't any coloring agents listed under the inactive ingredients. The inactive ingredients listed on the NDC page are: - Colloid...

I have a small round white pills with u158 on one side and when I searched for the type of pills they're it comes back saying no results and this can't be true and I'm looking at the imprint clearly, can you please tell me what it's used for. Thank you ## @Curiosity, I just had a few questions about your pill in order to help narrow down some prospects: *Could the letter "u" on your pill possibly be depicted as a logo of some sort? *How are numbers arranged on the pill relative to the "u"? (e.g. is the "u" sitting above a score line on one side with the "158" underneath it or are they pictured exactly as you described "u158"?) *Whereabouts did you get it from? I thought I should note that I also located a very similar looking pill ...

A round white pill. One side has a U at the top and underneath it is the number 158. The other side has a line separating the pill in half. ## Hello, Jane! How are you? it is white with a hour glass shape and has m on one side and mj with a line and 158. idk what is is but we found it in our new home which was left in a cabinet. ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this, so far, in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. It may be something that's available over the counter, or it could be a prescription medication that is old and no longer being manufactured. The best suggestion I can make is to just dispose of it properly. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I know that Glycomet is used by diabetic patients. My wife has become fat unnecessarily. She is 92 kg, 38 years and has 158 cms height. She has thyroiditis and and her USG of Abdomen and Pelvis report shows that she has mild fatty liver and polycystic ovaries (3-4mm follicles). The doctor has suggested her to take glycomet r 500 twice a day. Is it OK if she takes glycomet r 500 to reduce her weight and have a baby? We are also planning to have a baby. Please kindly suggest us. ## She should take the medication as prescribed by her doctor. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and flatulence. Has she started taking it, yet? Has there been any change?

What pharmacy companies manufactured and produced promethazine codeine? Is Watson one of them? ## @bankrolled, From what I could gather, promethazine codeine (phenergan w/ codeine) is or was being manufactured by the following pharmaceutical companies: Alpharma Actavis (NDC is 0472-1627-16) Tris Pharma Inc. (NDC is 27808-065-01) Sun Pharma Inc. (NDC is 57664-185-31) Qualitest Pharma (NDC is 0603-1585-58) Hi-Tech Pharma I didn't see Watson listed, but Actavis bought them out a long time ago, so I'd imagine that their version ended up taking Watson's place. Apparently they came in one pint (473 mL) bottles. I hope this info helps!

If 1 Percocet of the same dosage strength is halved, is that somewhere equivalent to 1 Norco? My prescription for Norco hasn't arrived yet and it's Sat. And I ran out of Norco today. ## @Pug, I think the answer may vary for each individual. However, a clinical study by NIH depicts Oxycodone and Hydrocodone as having "similarly potent analgesic effects in the first hour of treatment for ED patients with acute fractures." NIH also goes on to note that side effect profiles were similar as well. [1] source: PubMed / 15805317 Something else to keep in mind is that inactive ingredients could also affect how well a tablet is absorbed/metabolized, consequently making it challenging to determine which substance (or tablet composition rather) is more efficacious / bioavailable. I bought some Penicillin from a friend who came from Mexico with the tittle Penicilina Penimina 500mg, but I have been searching for this Arantiz Pharmaceuticals all over the internet and it does not provide any results, the lab address on the bottle, after I google it, shows what looks like a home in at Calle Teotihuacan 1585, Pinar de la Calma, 45080 Zapopan, Jal., Mexico, can anyone confirm if this is an actual pharmaceutical company in Mexico? ## Mexico really does not regulate their medications, like the U.S., and Canada, so unfortunately, there is no way to be sure what you have actually received.
