My dad who has alzheimers takes a oblong white pill with 911JCC on one side and no markings the other. ## I located an oblong white pill with "cor 116" on it and when held upside down closely resembles your description (e.g. 911 Joc). This pill reportedly contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, which is marketed for use as a minor pain reliever and fever reducer. An image of the pill can be viewed "here". white oblong tablet with COP116 ## Based on what you are describing, it sounds like the imprint code should actuall read COR116. A identifies this as Acetaminophen 650 mg. I hope this helps! I was wondering what it was? ## Hi Rob, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding online is a white oblong shaped pill marked with "cor 116" on one side and blank on the other. Holding it upside down would resemble the 911... Is it possible that the imprint could've been misinterpreted? Sometimes that happens when the marking fades or gets smudged off, so I have to wonder as there are no other relevant matches I'm seeing with a similar imprint to that. This is 650mg of Acetaminophen. A generic form of Tylenol....It is EXTENDED release strength. Regular acetaminophen is 325mg.....Extra Strength 500mg....EXTENDED release is 650mg....also used for the Arthritis pain reliever....Usually found at the Dollar General Stores with their DG on the bottle....Hope ...

Arthritis? ## Not Rx- it is equivalent to Tylenol Arthritis 650mg - CVS Pharmacy brand or Member's Mark (Sam's Club) ## @Terry, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oblong pill with the imprint Cor 116. This pill contains Acetaminophen (650 mg) as the active ingredient. Manufacturer: Chain Drug Marketing Assoc. Maybe the pill Sean identified is the correct match? white oblong ## COR116 contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol. ## The question seen here and on other sites requesting information on oblong white pill with imprint COP 116.....is COP......not COR....It is a generic extended release caplet of acetaminophin.....that's 650mg, brand may usually be bought at the dollar general.

I've found 2 pills in my drawer and I have no idea what they are. They are white, oblong, solid and the imprint is very odd. It's a backwards COL and then 119. If you put it up to a mirror then you can read it.
