Recently he cut the tylenol portion so that it would be safer for my liver than the previous 10/660 and 10/500 tablets. Accordingly, he prescribed small amounts of Percocets (10/325 E712) and Hydrodone Norco (10/325) so that I could decide which worked better for me. My initial reaction was that 2 of the percocet compared to 2 of the hydro manifested mainly in drowsiness. I was taking Lortab 10-325, went to my doc today and he gave me Lortab 10-500MG, what is the difference? This medication was changed and all formulations that are now available can only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. What could be the result of combining Hydrocodone with Temazapam, Zolpidem,Propranolol, Simvastatin,and Venlafaxine? If I were to make an assumption though, I'd say that the 10/325 combination may be more effective, since the amount of Hydrocodone is doubled and the amount is Acetaminophen is not completely cut in half in comparison to the 5/500 combination. I wasn't able to find a list of all the various dosages that are available for Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen. When I first started picking up my Lortab 10/500 from my pharmacy, it was in pink tablet form. I asked the pharmacist why it was pink, and was told that it was a generic brand.
