I came across some green pills that look like OC 80's but they are imprinted with APO on one side and OCD 80 on the other. Can someone please tell me what they might be? ## I have tha same ones. I was taking 4 80 mg oxys daily my doc put me on 2 100 mg teva morphines will it help the same and will i go through withdraw thank you ## There may be some issues here, because the Oxycodone is actually 1 and a half time stronger than the Morphine, so you'd need 120mgs of Morphine to equal each 80mg dose you were taking of the Oxycodone. The overall directives as to prescribe no more than the equivalent of 120mgs of Morphine per day, though some states have lowered it even further to no more than 100mgs. As to the conversion, Morphine is one a half times weaker than Oxycodone. Thus, the equivalency would be 80mgs of Oxycodone per day to equal the maximum of 120mgs of Morphine. Long story short, my new insurance will not cover 1/3 of my 30 mg oxycontin. I notice on my breakthrough meds, Oxycodone 20 mg, the bottle says, "Generic for Roxicodone." I have been on oxycontin for about 11 years for pain management. I take 80 to 100 mg per day in 20-30 mg doses orally. In the last couple of years I have developed a severe sweating problem...I will break into a sweat for no reason sometimes but usually upon any sort of stimulation physical or mental. I just went for a 10 minute walk and my shirt is soaked through...even the sleeves. If I play a set of music with my band, at the end of 40 minutes, I look like I stood in a shower with my clothes on. Is this normal as a side effect of oxycontin use? How much will zonisamide affect oxycontin? I started both meds together. The oxycontin is temporary because of dental work. I just started birth control called enskyce. I queeeze an average of 5 grapefruits a day and drink it all day. I haven't noticed any side effects from zonisamide since I started a week ago on 100 MG for having a grand Mal seizure 6 weeks ago. I did take vitamins really late tonight which is dumb, I know to take then in the am. I took my birth control, zonisamide, centrum silver for women over 50, and some vitamin for hair skin and nails from Walgreens (I'm 26 but my last meds made my hair fail out) and I got super shakey and very alert(3 hrs later I still am) I was very drowsy before the vitamins so I know that was the culprit. So a friend of mine was trying to tell me that they make a 60,80 and 100mg IR oxycodone. Not ER oxycontin but IR, I told him he was crazy the highest mg they make for IR is the 30mg Roxicodone. He said they do make them in pill form but choose not to tell us about them because of the already crack down on opioids. I was on the Oxycontin 80mg 3x a day for 16 yrs. I have been tried on alot of other things . I went on methadone w/ 2 40mg of oxy then they quit making the methadone that iI took. None of the kadian or other things in that class have worked. I am now taking ms contin 100mg. a day w/15 mg. 2x a day it is not enough and my Dr. who gave me a hard time off and on about the oxy's now refuses to do the irs that are still available with any other meds. A small white round pill one side is blank and the other has a split down the middle with the numbers 100 and 155 on either side of the split. I was told this is a 30mg percocet?? ## I cannot find a listing for this tablet, however, I can tell you that there is no such thing as a 30mg Percocet. I am wondering if the new pain management patch Fentanyl 100 mc I've started would interact with Ritalin 40 mg day I'm given for severe weakness due to my old and misdiagnosed CIDP - I was looking for a better pain relief option, (OxyContin 80OP 3 day would "poop out" after 3 years), so this patch appears to be working (fingers crossed), but after reading many horrid stories of OD upon misusing, I was afraid now of my Ritalin intake along with the patch - I couldn't find any warning posted against it.
