I'm concerned about what it may be and the effects if my dog ate it. ## Hi Sharon, I have yet to find an exact match to your pill, but based on your description, the closest thing I'm seeing is a possible foreign version of Viagra (sildenafil) made in India. The description for this particular tablet is a blue diamond-shaped pill marked with VGR on one side and 100 on the other. I'm not sure what the effects would be if a dog ate Viagra (assuming that's what it is), but I probably wouldn't want to be around to find out. Lol.
