I'm currently on white Xanax bars..one says GG 2 4 9 down the bar and the other which may be generic says 1 1...meaning one half is 1 mg..the other half is 1 mg will equals 2 mg... So these are definitely 2 mg right??? They help with my anxiety and panic disorders tremendously... Yes, these are the weakest Xanax on the market but some people will actually feel the and they could work for anxiety/time zone as indicated, m so there is no reason for a doctor to start someone off on higher doses when smaller ones could suffice. I've been taking one .25 Xanax 3-4 times a week at bed time due to a staggered work schedule. This is going on 6 months now,it helps tremendously with sleep but I'm a bit concerned about how safe this is.Is such a small dose over many months anything I should worry about? I am on the 14th day of prozac 20 mg. Have Major panic attacks, anixety attacks and of course depression. I use to be on zoloft 50 mg and even up to 100 mg but stopped working for me. I have tried herbal remedies and end result was digging myself deeper with my panics. So I started to take xanax 0.25 mg 3 or 4 times a day so I can function and go to work. I just got burned with Buspar. I was told that I didn't know what they look like and was intimidated. I should have known. I don't take it to feel high. My doctor wants to take me off Xanax. I have taken 1mg 3 times a day for 10 years. I take it for my anixity disorder as well as a relaxant for my skeletal muscle disorder.
