I took about 105mg of oxycodone for 9 days after being taken off another opiate for a disease causing severe pain. How long will it take to completely leave my body so I will be clean and able to go back on my original meds? After reading here I'm very concerned and won't ever do that type of thing again. I would appreciate any info you are able to give me. Thanks. ## Aaron: What medication are you going back to? Strength and frequency? 9 days isn't exactly that long of time, but everyone reacts differently. Were you taking oxycodone due to a pain flare up, surgery etc?

I recently had my script filled. My capsules were full when i checked my pills. A few days later i noticed the capsules are not full anymore. Never noticed this with previous refills. Bottles are stores properly. Any suggestions or should i take them to pharmacy and ask ## Hello, Traci! How are you? Some settling of the contents may have occurred. That is normal, just like with boxes of cereal and etc. If no one has touched them to tamper with them, then there's nothing to worry about. The FDA classifies this medication as a stimulant that's used to aid in weight loss. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and anorexia. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have MS and have used vicodin for specific MS related pain relief for over 4 years. I had been taking 7.5-500 vicodin but they have since been discontinued due to the high level of acetaminophen. I take up to 4 pills a day of 7.5-325 vicodin. My question is would changing from 7.5-325 to 10-325 vicodin create the possibility that I may not need up to 4 pills per day? I want to discuss this with my MS doctor because my layman thinking is that I probably wouldn't need 4 pills a day and therefore not be taking so much acetaminophen. ## Hello, Tony! How are you? Yes, it could and is a viable idea to discuss with your doctor. You could also consider switching to something that doesn't have Acetaminophen in it. my Pill imprint 10/325 E712 has been identified as oval Endocet 325 mg / 10 mg is white, pill identifier says it should be yellow... what does this mean? I can't find any info to support that this pill also comes in white. Thanks. ## Did you get them from a pharmacy, or elsewhere? They are supposed to be yellow, but when it comes to the pale shades, some people do perceive it as white, since colors are subjective. Learn more Endocet details here. ## Thanks for the reply... pharmacy. I took that into consideration (pale color) but they look white and less tolerant than previous scripts meaning I'm going thru more per day. ## Late update... they are a very, very light shade of yellow after all. Thanks for the feedback.

Okay. So, just answer the question and no stupid answers please. Like oh no I hope you aren't thinking of doing anything or whatever. I am 120 lbs and have not taken any pain killers for over a year maybe 2. Would I still have a tolerance to it? Would taking 20 10/325 be too much? ## Yes, that would be far too much. If it's been over a year, you most likely have no tolerance left. Additionally, taking 20 of them would result in an overdose of Acetaminophen, which risks toxicity to your liver and may possibly be fatal. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. What dosage regimen has your doctor prescribed? ## Are you asking ...

What is the difference between roxicodone and oxycodone ? ## From what I understand, Roxicodone and Oxycodone are both the exact same medication. The only difference you might find would probably be in the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that different manufacturers use in their tablets. I think the real confusion sets in when people start discussing Percocet (which is sometimes partially labeled as Oxycodone). However, it also contains Acetaminophen; the differentiating factor between those two meds. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Oxycodone Details I hope this info helps to answer your question! ## Will oxycodone and roxicet be metabolized the same in the body?....thats all i NEED to know

Hello Hydrocodone world: My experience is this. You can not beat Name Brand scored NORCO 10/325. However, my experience is Watson is a softer compound, & works faster. Now, the other generic NORCO 10/325 (36 01) scored other side. This is made by QUAILITEST: many people say they suck, because in fact, it is a harder compound to digest/desolve, therefore not getting a good feeling, but the slight slower release makes Quailiest (NORCO) actually kill the pain more so than Watson (GENERIC) 10/325. The watson have the edge, however the Qualitiest last longer & are so dang close, only a Dog may know the difference. Personally me, & all the 4 companies that make generic NORCO can stick it. Your/My Dr. is going to request the yellow dye, I do get allergic reactions minor, but enough t...

Can naproxen 500mg be taken for pain while on macrobid 100 mg for a bladder infection? I am being treated for a uti, takng macrobid 100mg, but I'm also experiencing pain in my legs for which I would take a naproxen 500mg. ## I didn't find any problems, or interactions listed between them, but it is always best to double check to be sure. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. Are you on any other medications? ## I was taking this too and had similar pain. My doctor told me to stop taking it and prescribed a different antibiotic.
